  Meanwhile- we are trying to pursue this through the broker 'Do You Spain'. Credit card company unable to help as the receipt does not clearly illustrate a deposit. We have no choice but to pursues legal action if this is not resolved by Christmas.

  Update 18/12/17 - Dickmanns accounts said they had to put us back through to customer services to deal with the request. They transferred the call which then (as with MANY other times) disconnected.

  Great choice of cars and good prices book online direct and get an adittional discount, off Airport location just minutes away near cargo terminal with a free shuttle bus that leaves from coach station under the airport

  I didn’t take any kind of insurance. There was nothing wrong with the car, so they said I should receive back my 950€ deposit in a few days to my credit card. Some people have had issues with deposits, so I will update how it goes.

  I hired a car at the end of April 2017. Was very straightforward. I took the extra insurance out which did bump the cost up a lot but at the end of the day I had complete peace of mind that we were covered for all costs. I also received a complimentary car seat for my little one to use even though it had stated there was a charge for this on the website. The staff were lovely with me and my family, I could not fault them. Would definitely use again.

  Con artists. Stay away. Rather than hold the money on my credit card for car hire. They've taken it and kept it. I cannot stress this enough to stay away from this company. Barclays bank denied a refund under section 75 of the visa agreement because I couldn't show proof that I was due a refund. You have been warned.

  Like the many other customers on here, we paid a €1000 credit card deposit. Fully obliged to the T&Cs and returned the car in gold order, fully fuelled with photos etc. We too have yet to receive our deposit back. The car was hired in August and it is now October. Family members have had the same issues (we only found out later). Do not trust! Do not hire! Not worth the stress.

  I just returned my car. Everything went well. The Ford Fiesta was in ok condition with 50 000km. It was very cheap. With this price level I am more than happy for the car! There were some scratches that I carefully checked before getting the car.

  I returned the car in a better condition than it was. I fully cleaned it inside and outside. I personally think it’s my duty when the renting price is so cheap. Car wash costs only 5€, so I recommend everyone to wash the car before returning.
