  We booked a car over a third party organization (check24) with a fully insured car. When we arrived they tried to force a 180€ insurance fee on us but rejecting the current insurance that was already provided by check24. Again and again they tried to convince us of their own insurance otherwise we may have to pay hundreds of euros. The man said for example: "if there is a scratch on the vehicle over one cm it would cost 400€ or more". During this process Drivalia team members were extremely uncooperative and unfriendly. When examining the car we found multiple scratches that were not reported. Other customers warned us in front of the office. We should be careful and document everything with photos.

  So all in all a terrible experience with Drivalia. It´s better to go to a more professional car rental service!

  Just booking another 3 rentals in advance with Drivalia for this year after the great service we had in Valencia last August. I deal with Priscilla and she is always so helpful. I know all these companies advertise low prices, and then do the hard sell. But when you think about it, just get the top insurance and nothing can go wrong. When we picked up the car in Valencia, we started taking photos of the car to make sure there were no marks. The gentleman serving us laughed and said just drive, you have nothing to worry about with the insurance.

  When we returned the car, they gave it a once over and then took us to the airport(even though the kids got a bit of sand in the car).

  Superb experience. Esther was really helpful in reception, and Ursula answered our questions by e-mail. No stupid large deposit. Slightly cheaper than UK. Brand new Hyundai...but the 1.2 litre is too sluggish so go for a more powerful engine to get around the hilly bits of the area!. Seamless, quick and flexible company. Picks you up from bus stop number 3, downstairs at the airport....then 10 mins to their office. Would highly recommend.

  Hired a car with Drivalia in November 2017. I was a bit nervous after reading some horror reviews, however my experience with them was fine. Car was in immaculate condition. Wasn't given the hard sell on extra insurance (I had my own policy). Staff were polite. When returning the car I was greeted immediately and the car was examined in my presence and confirmed that all was ok. I would use them again - especially as the free additional driver represents good value for money. I would recommend a full-full fuel policy. There's a petrol station right opposite the airport and you save on the car rental companies re-fuelling fee. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  A fraud company, unfriendly and dishonest staff, ambiguous fuel policy, Never ever try this company otherwise they ruin your holiday, They charge extraordinary high prices even for a small scratch.The cars are not clean and you have to wait for a long time to be picked up by them from the airport. Worst rental place i have ever been.
