  Servicio rápido, amable y lo más importante, me han dado un coche casi nuevo que funcionaba suave como la seda. La pena es que no sean un poco más baratos. Pero otras veces he alquilado con otras agencias y me han cobrado por todo, al final te sale igual, pero terminas cabreado porque lo que te cobran al final es mucho más.

  Al documentation from them obviously in Spanish and the staff att the pick up in the terminal barely spoke English.

  Beware of this company! They are fradulent! When renting a car from them, carefully take pictures of all damages on pick up. Make sure they acknowledge the damages before you leave the site. Our car had multiple dents and scratches on pick up. I took pictures of them all, making sure the picture showed that the car was still at the pick up location. At return I got a thumbs up from their staff and the copy of the documentation I received was clean. Despite this they charged 271 EUR for damages (two of the ones I had pictures of). Despite the fact I could show proof the damages existed on pick up they refused to credit the amount as they claimed I had signed for the damages (yeah right!). When AMEX requested their documentation they had altered their copy and added damages trying to make it look like I had approved the damage. Eventually Hertz Sweden, when seeing the pictures and documentation, paid the amount back as the thieves at Hertz Spain refused. I'll never ever use Hertz in Spain again. They seem to have a nice fraud going down there trying to get their customers pay for damages most likely the previous customer already had been charged for.

  Conveniently located in the airport arrivals hall, the desk is easy to spot next to the other car hire firms. Staff were all multi-lingual and helpful, and there was even a greeter to help us out when we got to the desk. The cars are all parked next door in the multi-story, accessed by going up a level and across the walkway. My only criticism is that the receipt was all in Spanish!

  Would have scored higher if they had the car class available immediately. They played the game of "Sorry only much better cars, very expensive". I just told them, that was fine if they didn't have my class of car then they need to rent to me the next higher available one at the same price. Amazingly they then found the class I had booked. Not a good experience for my first rental as a Gold member with Hertz.
